Made to order items and personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to Ty Duprie for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Starting from 2018 collections, we will not produce, promote or publicise any fur items. Fur means any animal skin or part thereof with hair or fur fibers attached thereto, either in its raw or processed state or the pelt of any animal killed for the animal’s fur. Accordingly, to the definition, animal, that cannot be used, include (but is not limited to) the following:

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order? +

For security reasons, all Ty Duprie online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by FedEx. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days and temporarily hold at a location near you. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Please note that Ty Duprie is not responsible for unanticipated FedEx delays.

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product? +

For online purchases, Ty Duprie will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Return merchandise must be post marked within 30 days from the date of delivery to Ty Duprie or returned to a Ty Duprie boutique within the United States. However, all PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to Ty Duprie. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at Ty Duprie outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Ty Duprie within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Beauty products may be returned if unopened and in the original cellophane wrapping within 10 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend utilizing the prepaid label included within the package, if for any reason you are unable to locate this prepaid label please email us at ty_duprie@sbcglobal.net or call 323-245-6867. Ty Duprie will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged (i) prior to acceptance by FedEx when utilizing the prepaid label provided by Ty Duprie or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by Ty Duprie is not used for the return shipment. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached.
